• Eligibility Independent Contractors with one year of service with Prime
• 100% Vesting 10 years after enrollment
• Contributions Prime Inc.
  • $1,000 annually Success Leasing
  • $500 annually, with lease agreement

• Lump Sum
• Installments up to 3 years

• Large Cap S&P 500 Index Division
• Asset Allocation Division
• Prime Rate + 1% Interest Variable Rate Investment (8% Cap)
