Under the administration of UBS Paine Webber, independent contractors may earn investment returns on contributions made entirely by Prime and/or Success Leasing.

- Eligibility Independent Contractors with one year of service with Prime
- 100% Vesting 10 years after enrollment
- Contributions Prime Inc.
- $1,000 annually Success Leasing
- $500 annually, with lease agreement
